Women's Kickboxing Cairo - Your Questions Answered

I've never done martial arts before. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Most of our students start with zero experience. Our classes are designed for all levels, and we teach everything from scratch. You'll fit right in and progress at your own pace.

I'm not in good shape. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes! Everyone works at their own level. Our coaches will modify exercises to match your fitness level. Within weeks, you'll notice improvements in strength and stamina. Start where you are!

Are the classes women-only or co-ed?

We offer dedicated women-only kickboxing classes led by Coach Rodaina. These provide a comfortable, supportive environment exclusively for women. We also welcome women in our co-ed classes if you prefer.

Will kickboxing make me bulky or too muscular?

No! Kickboxing creates a lean, toned, athletic physique - not bulky muscles. You'll build functional strength while burning fat, resulting in a fit, feminine figure.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable athletic clothing - leggings/workout pants and a t-shirt or tank top. Training is barefoot. Bring water and a towel. As you progress, you'll need hand wraps and gloves.

Is kickboxing safe? Will I get hurt?

Kickboxing is very safe when taught properly. Our coaches emphasize correct technique and safety. Beginners don't spar - you'll work on bags and pads. Injury rates in kickboxing are lower than many popular sports.

How quickly will I see results?

Most women notice increased energy and improved mood within 1-2 weeks. Visible body changes typically appear within 4-6 weeks. Confidence builds with every class. Results depend on consistency and effort.

Can pregnant or postpartum women train?

For pregnancy, please consult your doctor first. Many doctors approve modified training during pregnancy. For postpartum (after medical clearance), kickboxing is excellent for regaining strength and fitness. We'll modify as needed.

What age groups train in women's kickboxing?

We welcome women of all ages - from late teens to 60+. Our classes have women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. Age is just a number when it comes to getting stronger!
